Good Neighbor Program

The Contractors for a Cause "Good Neighbor Program" provides support to many local worthy Causes. Support may be provided at several levels.

Something as simple as a direct donation to a cause, like Friends of the Clayton Theater, or by partnering to provide Member volunteers to help another organization run an event (as we did with "Hit the Road Jack," a Coast to Coast Fundraiser).

Good Neighbor support has also been provided where a worthy need exists, but, they have no vehicle with which to raise their own funds.

CFAC has offered a portion of the proceeds from one of our planned events to help with that cause, as we did for "Willy's Neighborhood" and "Hogan's Heroes."

Contractors for a Cause development, funding and building of our Flagship Project, Justin's Beach House, laid the groundwork for our current Good Neighbor Program. This project was 7 years in the making. Our members where filled with a sense of pride in our community and the satisfaction of mission accomplished as construction came to a close.

This once grand idea is now the reality of a beautiful home offered to families dealing with cancer, providing a place of respite and joyful, family fun without worries for a week.

The Justin W. Jennings Foundation currently maintains and operates this home with continued community support.

The Good Neighbor Program is how CFAC continues to support many local worthy causes.
