We're always looking for good volunteers.
Providing support to many local, worthy causes.
This outreach program is how Contractors For A Cause continues to support many local worthy causes like Willy’s Neighborhood, The Justin W. Jennings Foundation, and Hogan’s Heroes.
The Contractors For A Cause “Good Neighbor Program” provides support to many local worthy causes. Support may be provided at several levels.
This includes something as simple as a direct donation to a cause like Friends of the Clayton Theatre, or partnering to provide member volunteers to help another organization run an event (as we did with “Hit the Road Jack,” a Coast to Coast Fundraiser).
Outreach support has also been provided when a worthy need exists, but the cause has no vehicle with which to raise its own funds.
CFAC then offers a portion of the proceeds from one of our planned events to help that cause, as we did for “Willy’s Neighborhood” and “Hogan’s Heroes.”
Contractors For A Cause’s development, funding and building of our flagship project, Justin’s Beach House, laid the groundwork for our current outreach program. This project was seven years in the making, and members were filled with a sense of community pride and the satisfaction of a mission accomplished as construction came to a close.
This once grand idea of a beautiful home offered to families dealing with cancer is now a reality, providing a place of respite and joyful family fun without worries for a week.
The Justin W. Jennings Foundation currently maintains and operates this home with continued community support.
