Essay Guidelines
Must be between 250 and 600 typewritten words in a word processing format (for example a .doc or .docx file format), 12 point font, double-spaced and numbered pages. Do not include personal identification on any page of the essay. (However, please supply name and address when you apply.) Essay submitted should tell the selection committee about the applicant, reasons for your career choice, and how it relates to the construction industry. Applicant may write about academic accomplishments, extracurricular activities, volunteer work, work experience & financial need. Please email your essay to contractorsforacause@gmail.com or snail mail essay to appropriate address below.
